Is there a mobile app?
Yes! StringStar is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and as a native app for iOS and Android.
Can I use StringStar for Badminton and Squash?
Absolutely! StringStar supports Tennis, Badminton, and Squash with sport-specific tension rules, stringing patterns, and racket databases. Every sport gets its own optimized workflow.
How do I connect my online shop?
You can connect your online shop via our REST API or use our native Shopify and WooCommerce plugins. Orders sync automatically into your StringStar dashboard. The integration is available as an add-on with the Pro plan.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is hosted on EU-based servers, fully GDPR compliant. We use Firebase Authentication for secure login, Supabase for encrypted database storage, and Stripe for PCI-compliant payment processing.
Can players pay through the app?
Yes! With Stripe Connect, players can pay their stringing shop directly through the StringStar app. The money goes straight to the shop's bank account – StringStar never holds your funds.
